- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always determined up front, and when working on larger projects ($1000+) a 50% good faith deposit is required up front, and the rest upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (the owner) Attended York technical college, as well as obtaining EPA certification. I’m also a licensed carpenter, mason, and roofer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My stepfather owned rental properties, as well as a Heating & air company while I was growing up, and my father owns a landscaping and outdoor construction business. I had dabbled a bit in most trades at a very young age
