Terrible, he was hired to do the work while I was on vacation 9 days, he said he would complete it. I left on oct. 19th I came home friday the 28th. There are 7 holes drilled in the floors and ceiling , a few 2 x 4 put up for the walls and not much more(pics). My neighbors feed my animals while I was gone and said they seen him 2 days at the most. I ordered a vanity which was sent to home depot on wed the 26th that he agreed to picked up. He called me on vacation and said it was to heavy for him to get upstairs. I didn't think it was my concern because he was the contactor. I came home on the 28th and seen the vanity was still in the garage not much was done. He came back the next day, the 29th, 3 days after the vanity was delivered with a helper and they carried the vanity up stairs. and then left. I also see there are several chip and dents in it. Since the day he took the vanity upstairs he has not been back to work. He was suppose to come monday the 31 of Oct. and work . but said his wifes car wasn't working and wouldn't make it. He said he was concerned about chipping rock away on the foundation and said he would have to run a pipe from upstairs through my ceiling through my downstairs bathroom to the basement, which I wasn't to happy , I did text him and said I would like to hire a masonary person to chip out the hole because I didn't want a 3 inch pipe through my bathroom, he said fine and we would deduct it from the bill. Since I have been home Oct. 28th he has not been here one day to work. So called him this morning and said it wasn't working, so he came to pick up his tools which where in every room in my home and on my deck and my driveway for over a week(pics). He said I would have to pay him more money. I said I would like a list of all of the materials that he said cost 1100 dollars. He said he didn't have a recipt or list. But he wanted another 225 dollars. I said I would pay when I seen a list of what was purchased so I could see if it is all here. So he left without giving me my house key back and said he wanted the money by tomorrow or he would charge me interest and put a lean on my home. I found him very unprofessional, sloppy, I had to make paths through my rooms to get around all of his tools and mess. When I came home there was cardboard and packing material all over my driveway , which had been there bout a week. the first 3 pics are of the work he done, the next are the mess that was through my bedroom , livingroom , deck and driveway since friday the 28th until today and the last 4 are the chips they put on my bathroom vanity which I spent almost 600 dollars for
