- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable compared to many other moving companies at $85/hr. Simply for the fact that we are a small family owned business. With this we are able to pass on the savings to our customers with not as many overhead costs as the large corporate companies. We offer sr. and military discounts and we also beat estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first piece of information needed would be the pick up and drop off location. This would tell me whether it's a local or long haul move. The difference in pricing is hourly for local and flat rate for long distance. Next a full list of items being moved such as furniture and boxes. Once the list of items and milage has been taken into account an accurate estimate can be made and emailed for review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree in Management with 5 years of in office management. We are a licensed and insured company. I have a crew that has more than 7 years of moving and driving experience. Together we have plenty of personal experience to handle all your moving needs.
