- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For staging, we have a monthly pricing option that is based on the number of rooms. For painting, we need to understand the room dimensions, ceiling height and current condition of the walls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an onsite visit for measuring to allow us to plan for the staging, carpeting or painting. Our staging manager plots out the design plan on a grid to verify furniture fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Karen Galler (owner) is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and General Contractor. She has a BBA in Management Information Systems. Karen is Certified Project Manager (PMP). Our stagers all have interior design degrees.
