- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest but if something goes wrong we will be here to take care of the problem and not walk away. This is why we are insured. We are not your handyman that is running his Buisness from his truck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain the whole process and educate clients on what project entails as well as ease any doubts and concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) they provide many trainings and continuing education courses in which we attend to. Education is extremely important for Edel Roofing. “If we don’t learn we don’t grow”
