When I contacted Mr. Hayes, I asked if it was possible for same day service. I was not expecting him to be able to add me to his schedule but he made room for me. I truly appreciate his honesty. Aftee inspecting my unit, he informed me that all it needed was a really good cleaning and a small amount of freon. He could have easily charged me for a full service and add an extra fee, considering my request for last minute, same day service. My bill was less than half of what I've ever paid for the same type of service in the past. Within a few minutes of him leaving, I walked inside and my home no longer felt like I was walking into a sauna! Nice, cool home for less than $45 is a steal. Couldn't be happier with his service. Thank you, Mr. Hayes.

Ricky did a great job. Came out at 8:30PM when I'm sure he had better things to do to make a few bucks solving my air issue. Very reasonably priced and problem was solved. Highly recommend!
