- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, there is not a standard pricing to everything that is presented to us. We need to look at the situation that is among us. These include: Location, type of event, how many are attending, different lighting and sound packages, time of event, and most important how long ago it was informed by the client that our service is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will answer this in steps for our process to costumers who want us to provide them service. 1. It will initialize by getting an email from thumbtack seeing the latest options that we have to pick an event, if we pick yours and you like our reviews we may meet up and exchange numbers, info, etc. 2. I will break down the reasoning for the price, and different set ups that can accommodate for your event . 3.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 7 years of experience DJing in front of people. We have done over 200 events and it will continue to be more. We have spent countless of hours perfecting our craft and it will be displayed to you.
