Chris did a wonderful job of removing the moss from my home. It has been a year since he did the work and it still is gone. I could not be happier with the job that he and his crew did. I highly recommend his company for removing moss from anything.

I initially requested gutter cleaning but went with additional services after discussing other needs with Chris. The services we agreed on were:
• Gutter cleaning and brite
• Cleaning debris from the roof
• Minor tree trimming
• Removing moss from roof tiles
• Repairing roof tiles (~3)
• Soft washing of the house exterior (stucco exterior house)
Two employees from California Moss Control completed the most of the services during the scheduled time. Some stains on the house required additional chemicals to remove. They told me they could complete it in the next few days. Two days later, I received a call that they could come back out. They completed the house washing to my satisfaction.
Both employees were courteous and professional throughout the process.
Cost was $700 for an approximately ,1200 sq ft house.
