- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard mobile grooming pricing, however there are certain circumstances such as condition of coat, skin and temperament that may require an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with potential clients to talk about any expectations and questions about mobile grooming services. I enjoy meeting the owners and pups in person, so we can get to know each other. I have become close friends with many of my clients. I treat all pups as if they were my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I closely trained under a seasoned groomer for 10 months, and have been working in the field myself for many years since.
