Introduction: I am an experienced backhoe operator of 30+ years. I have had my class A General Engineering Contractors License for 30 years. With my many years of experience, I have the capability of getting your project done quickly and efficiently, giving you the most for your money. I'm also qualified with installing electrical pipe, water pipe, gas pipe and storm drain. I have extensive knowledge as an inspector for Comcast and Frontier.

I would hire H&H contracting in a heart beat with know thought of any others for underground plumbing, excavation, soil removal, hazardous soil problems, soil stabilization. They are honest and trustworthy and they get the job done. Great for commercial residential and most projects needs.

Mike was a real help on the job. With his vast experiance he fell right in line with the crew and we did not miss a day. All the employees' liked his good attitude and he was always on time. It is like having your own employee. We will use H & H again on the next job.

I am an engineer for a local Sacramento area utility company. I have Know Mike Hedman for 24 yrs. He is professional, does excellent work, fair pricing. Good to work with and honest. Was the Prime Contractor with my company for all subdivision joint trench work. Approx 8 yrs (1993-2000) over 100 projects (over $1 mil plus in labor). Work involved wet and dry utilities, dirt work and road construction. Was required to know policies and practices of local government agencies and utility companies.......Rich.Singer@FTR.com
