- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies but typically I offer more services for a reduced commission, more than most other agents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really enjoy meeting with people and seeing how we can best take care of what their dreams and end result is. Whether it's purchasing a home or selling their current home. I get to know my clients so well that when the transaction is done I kind of miss chatting with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry almost 20 years. In 1998 when I received my real estate license I started working full-time in the industry. In 2006 I started an auction company and received my broker's license in 2007. After being purchased by auction.com I worked a few years with them in business development while keeping up with my own brokerage with 10 agents. I have now decided to make my home back in the Residential Real Estate Services. On a side note I do also enjoy doing Land Development and acquisition too, which I have done in the past.
