Mytaste was absolutely amazing! I was a little skeptical at first because I found them completely on accident and couldn't find many reviews on them. However after messaging back and fourth with them my mind was completely at ease! Mike and Gloria were professional, punctual and so easy going and wonderful to work with! They always were happy to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond for our event! They even made the most ADORABLE photo booth sign JUST for our high school reunion! They even included our mascot! I can NOT thank them enough! Everyone has not stopped commenting on how fun they were! Such a hit! OH and I love how I can look back and see everyone's pictures from last night on the OneDrive they sent me! HIGHLY recommend! Thank you so much Mike and Gloria! DJ Mike kept the girls and their dads out on the dance floor! They played clean age appropriate music for an elementary school dance and organized fun games for the girls too keep them engaged. We will be calling them to DJ next years father daughter dance!Feb 11, 2018Verified
I had such a great experience hiring MyTaste Entertainment! They were so well organised, quick with their set up, took direction very well, and made our event a huge success! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Greet the customer, and thank them for inquiring about our company. Speak to the customer like an old friend and as if you've known them for years. This helps the customer and vendor have a relaxing state of mind and to have great conversations about the customers needs and wants and have fun discussing their moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have spent 30 plus years in customer relations, responding to all sorts of common customers concerns. Always wanting to keep customers prioritys first.
