My laptop's screen failed to work and I it brought it over to Computer-Tek (Lloyd). He tested it immediately and verified that the screen was indeed not working and would need to be replaced. Since the laptop was 6-7 years old we made the decision that it's not worth it. Lloyd then offered a second hand laptop he had and be able to transfer all the data over for a very reasonable price. I got it back within 2 days and it works great!! He also spent some time over the phone working out an issue I had with the transfer and he resolved it immediately.
I will be updating my desktop soon as it is ancient and slow and I will be contacting Computer-Tek to assist.
