Introduction: Experienced with a sports background, my training style encompasses sports performance and functional movement, along with encorportating various lifting styles that include TRX, BodyBuilding and Olympic.
To begin, a dialogue and assessment of the clients imbalances, including over/under active muscles, will help to create a personalized program for each individual.
I believe in and hold true to being flexible in time and maintaining affordable pricing, keeping a non-judgemental space, holding clients accountable through individualized calendars, and working as a team to achieve clients' goals.
