FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Petsmart, Office depot, Chillies, Dollar stores, Drone Base Inc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at sample work. Interview them and make sure you have verbal dialog preferably in person, but at least in video and not just email. Communication is key to delivering a successful product. Your gut will guide you so seeing expressions and emotions help guide your inner voice. The person you are talking with won’t need to sell you. They will resonate with the ability to help you. You will feel their expertise and trust what they are saying. For example, have you ever been in a meeting with a group of people and everyone looks to the one person all the time for the answers. When your choosing the professional ask yourself if you where in a room with others and that person was in the meeting would everyone look to that person for the answers? If you don’t feel that would happen, then it is probably not the right fit.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Depends on the project. If there was one general thing to say it would be to allow yourself to dream. A professional will be able to help you get focused.
