We had a log list of repairs needed for my fathers rental property. Mateo was very knowledgeable when asked for advice and was full of solutions. His workmanship and punctuality were excellent. He also provided the cleaning that the house needed as well. They did a great job. Mateo also has good relationships and connections with other professionals when it comes to specific repairs, though he seems to be able to do pretty much anything. This is a solid family business. My father is very happy with his work. We will be using Mateo for future projects.
