My hourly rate is $20-$25/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work closely with my customers to find out in detail what their needs are first including deadlines before beginning. After starting on a project, I check back with my customers daily to see how they feel the project is going and what might need to be added, updated or improved upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin in Liberal Arts and worked at Northwestern University for over 17 years as an administrative coordinator/office manager.
