- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a simple call to our office. Our dispatcher will walk you through the process and explain any pricing necessary. Once dispatched to the job, the guys will be courteous and kind. Moving safely and quickly as possible they will ensure your job from start to finish. Any furniture we disassembled will be reassembled at the second location. Payment will be provided at the end of job after customer is satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the moving business for over 14 years. I have completed multiple U-Haul moving achievements and years of on-site experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a larger moving company for over 10 years. I love the experience of meeting new people and seeing new homes. I was encouraged by friends and family to start my own business.
