- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are typically not the cheapest company out there, but we are always willing to work with everyone. We have really good warranties. We do offer a variety of discounts that will be discussed later on in the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best thing is being upfront and explaining things in enough detail, so everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I have been in the painting industry for a long time. When I was younger I ran multiple companies in the painting industry. On multiple accounts, I had tough deadlines and a lot of work, but still kept schedule and continued forward. I personally feel I was trained by some of the best.
