- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and reasonable and I always recommend them getting another quote, I'm not trying to get rich. Just trying to make a living
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to meet them and making sure they understand exactly what there going to get for the money.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Been doing this type of work since 1982 when I started out as a laborer and moved on to a vinyl siding installer/ carpenter, in 1996 was a head foreman and ran a crew of more than 15 workers on multi 3 family home renovations in Fall River and New Bedford, Ma up to 2003. In 2004 started my own company and had a total of 10 employees. I lost my company after suffering an injury to my leg and shoulder in 2011, and after a long recovery I am now starting to build my clientele back as I have only been back to this trade for only 5 months.
