FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With food and labor, nothing is standard. I try to share rough estimates with my clients, and then work within their budget to give them what they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to get a better feel as to what my client is looking for. Whether it's a private dinner party, dessert catering, meal planning, cake decorating, or cooking lessons, we will talk about potential menus, where it will take place, what the budget is, etc. Once we have a good feel of our expectations of each other, we move forward and engage in the more exciting aspects of working together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Culinary Arts at one of the Nation's top 3 Tech Schools in Western Washington. I feel that my time there has helped propel me on the professional path I have decided to take in life, and has given me skills to rival the best in the industry.
