- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although pricing varies heavily, depending on the job and its respective difficulty, you can count on us to deliver an accurate, fair, and transparent estimate. Since I personally manage marketing, sales, and production, we're able to offset the overhead costs you'd surely find in our reputable competitors' quotes; meaning more savings for YOU!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To us, home improvement means safer, more comforting, and more enlightening. In this regard: 1) We listen to what you need. 2) We listen to what you want. 3) We asses options to deliver the best possible product, at the best possible value. 4) We formally propose our plan, including an estimate of time and cost. Whether or not you have us execute our proposal, your safety, comfort, and enlightenment, is of the utmost importance throughout the whole process!
