Cher Jay did a great job of matching the makeup shades to my face! It's really hard to get my coloring right. I always love how my brows look when he is finished.

I've had the opportunity to have Cher Jay do a makeup application on me. I've been doing makeup on myself as long as I can remember and have had other people apply makeup on me but my experience with Cher Jay was one of a kind. His techniques had me curious as to how he did it. My overall look was a soft, warm and natural look but it brought out specific features on me that I've never paid much attention to. I loved my eyebrows! He softened up the arch of them with a rounder appearance and it really made a difference. My foundation looked flawless and the contouring was complimentary to highlighting my cheekbones and jawline. I haven't felt this pretty in a long time! He was very professional, pausing here and there to make sure I was doing good and providing me sneak peeks at what he was doing. I felt that he cared about my opinions even though I didn't have any since I loved everything he was doing! He is very thorough, very clean (constantly sanitizing his equipment and his hands), and the appointment stayed on track. I couldn't be more happy and would recommend him to anyone who's looking for to feel beautiful from the inside out.

I had the privilege of getting my make up done by Cher Jay a couple of weeks ago. As a busy working mother of 3, it was so nice to feel glamorous for an evening! Cher Jay doesn't just do your makeup. He creates more of an "experience" instead. I was greeted and perched on to a movie star style chair. He had very high tech lighting that was specific for cosmetic/beauty services. He offered me a beverage, made sure I was comfortable and chit chatted with me about how I typically wear my make-up, etc. Cher Jay was very thorough in telling me exactly what he was doing. I told him to just create his own vision and that he certainly did! By the time I walked out of there, I was put together like I have never been before. His work was absolutely outstanding and not a pore went untouched! I loved the finished product so much, that I literally slept on my back all night. He did such an amazing job, that I managed to get another day out of it! Not many women would admit that... But it is a true testament to his work. I can't wait to see Cher Jay again!

Cher Jay Lee was amazing to work with. I've had the pleasure of getting my makeup done mutilple times by him. I can honestly say I love getting my makeup done by Cher Jay. He made sure I was comfortable everytime and made me feel so beautiful. He was even willing to answer all my makeup questions. I learned new makeup tips and tricks too. My friends are still talking about my jigsaw Halloween makeup. His work is so incredible, I get compliments everytime!!! I wish I was able to claim the work myself!!!!

Cher jay, is an incredibly detailed, creative artist. He truly looks at you as the canvas and he is the artist creating a master peice. He takes much pride in his work. He made me look and feel beautiful! He made me feel compfortable and communicates with what he was doing during the whole process! I would highly reccomend him for your make -up needs!!! ❤️

I believe in providing each and every client with quality work and a enjoyable experience. The quality I provide is not only through my years of experience as a makeup artist but also from the education and training I have received to become a certified professional makeup artist.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that whether working with a new client or a returning client, a thorough consultation is of upmost importance. This allows me to get to know the client, access their skin, gain an understanding of their desired look, and most importantly communicate how we can achieved the desire results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified professional makeup artist in beauty makeup. I received my cerification from Michigan Makeup Academy (MMA). In addition, I obtained my bachelors degree from Baker College in Business Adminstration with a concentration in marketing/management.
