Donald is excellent - he is first of all RESPONSIVE and AVAILABLE! For this sort of business, with backed-up sewers and the like, that is of the utmost importance. I can call or text him and know that he will take care of business. He is polite with tenants and, of course, knowledgeable and skillful at his job. I have used him countless times with my own home and on rental properties, and am always satisfied.
