The service we provide is free. The pricing is different between buying and selling every situation is unique.

Introduction: I am different, most agents offer and can include yard signs, a marketing strategy and flyers at a very reasonable cost to you. Nine out of ten times, most do not have the time or the resources that a real estate agent may have, so it is best to use someone that is fully committed to selling your property or helping you purchase, I have access to a wide variety of resources and is focused on getting the highest price possible for the sale of your property. I provide the same commitment to my buyers that is looking or need guidance. If you dont know the steps to buy or sell I can help.
For me, real estate is a great thrill and a bottomless passion that never seems to wane, no matter how complex the transaction, or particular the client desire. It is that passion, which fuels my commitment to best serve my clients, many of whom become repeat clients and sources of referrals.

We were able to sell our home with the help of Rosalind's team without even having to go on the market or put up a sign in front of the house. Was fast and more importantly she was able to get us through the process smoothly and at the price we agreed on! Would definatly use again.
