- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a $50 trip or diagnostic fee for the initial call following a flat rate pricing preferred program for the customer. If needed I can break down parts and labor for the customers request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in applied science through Font Range Community College. Certificate and commercial and industrial refrigeration. Certificate for diagnostic and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial rooftop and furnace applications.
