- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard hourly rate for one-on-one support. I also offer customized workshops to faith communities, social clubs, and business teams.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial consultation (30-60 minutes) at a public location such as a local coffee shop or library. This allows you to meet me and learn about my services. It also allows me to learn about your most pressing technology hurdles. Together, we create a plan of action and I provide you with an estimated quote for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, with 13+ years career experience in the field of higher education. Much of this time was spent advising pre-collegiate and college students and their families. My technology training consists of hands-on learning and, prior to staring everHuman, assisting friends and family with technology issues. Within the first six months of everHuman, I have assisted over 30 clients with a variety of issues ranging from creating a dating profile, projecting photos to an Amazon Fire TV, creating a personal website, utilizing a password manager, cleaning up computer and cloud files, and so much more.
