We conduct our projects in as little as one day, so there is little down town to our precious clients and their kitchens. All of our products are environmentally safe and eco-friendly and the most durable on the market (won't crack or peel). We can change the color of the cabinets to an alternative wood color, change the color completely, faux finish or simply refinish and refresh the existing color, right inside your kitchen with a dustless odorless operation.

Extensive upgrade to kitchen and guest bathroom started with demolition. Additionally, apartment walls were repaired then painted. Bathroom was gutted, tub and tile were resurfaced, new vanity was built and installed, new tile flooring installed, new recessed lighting installed. 50 year old kitchen cabinets were refaced outside ( wood veneer on surface which was then painted) new cabinet doors with hidden hinges installed and updated hardware added. Formica counter tops were replaced with quartz. New cabinets built to enclose washer/dryer, now made "invisible". Lots more done and all within a very aggressive time-frame. Transformation of both kitchen and bathroom was dramatic.
Overall, great work at a great price by people who were very pleasant to deal with. Also, very important to me, they provided a detailed proposal with line-by-line pricing. I was able to add or remove any lines I chose before committing. No hidden costs added at end.
I will be using them again in the very near future.

Joe did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He painted all our kitchen cabinets from midtone brown to a semi glossy white. He was very professional and friendly. Although I live far away from his shop, he was punctual & kept us informed of the process. We were hesitant to paint the cabinets at first but Joe made the entire experience so pleasant. I would hire him again in a heart beat! Definitely he gives great customer service and value for the price we paid.

Joe is a man of his word. We intended to refacing our kitchen cabinets, but after discussing the job with Joe made a decision to have him custom build the kitchen. I gave him an important timeline and he met it. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my 93yr old mother and my schedule to leave the country. The kitchen was professionally built and installed to my satisfaction. We conferred on all aspects, including the color of the stain, angles and shapes. Joe is generous with his time and offered to do extra jobs without charging. Installing backslash, Refinishing pantry door, offered suggestions on flooring. He installed our dishwasher and replaced kitchen faucet. He encourages you to a quality control inspection on the job. Joe is a true professional who loves his chosen profession. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe Kalaj.

Joe stained our kitchen cabinets and provided the facelift it needed. He also added a mosaic backsplash and modern knobs to accentuate the change in color to the cabinets. He provided a starting date and came through, unlike other contractors that string you along. His price was also reasonable for the excellent service provided. I would recommend him to anyone out there who is looking for a true professional to get the job done!
