- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote based on the different services a client wants. Our websites, for example, are all custom made, so we would need to know each aspect a client would be looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually begin by asking what the client hopes to achieve. What they have or do not have; as in logos, current website, brand, etc. We work with what they like and we offer some improvements. If we're starting from the ground up, we think we hit the mark.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
