- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is simple and transparent. You may hire me for a three-hour session at the quoted rate or longer depending on the extent of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the intake process. I provide a complimentary telephone consultation to assess the requirements of the project and determine the client's timeline. The second step is to make a site visit or I can review photos of the space(s) electronically to determine the extent of time the session may take. The third and final step is provide the client with a service agreement we both sign to ensure we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a PhD in organizational leadership which relates to professional organizing in many ways. One aspect is the ability to listen and connect with clients on many levels through honesty, trust, and non-judgement. Another is the knowledge and expertise to analyze situations and prescribe solutions to maintain their organized lifestyle.
