- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing, but it really depends on the type of job it really is. Sometimes a Castumer thinks that it's just a broken spring but when the technician comes to the house, it can be more then only a broken spring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same that I'm working with my permanent clients. It's important to me that all of my customers will be satisfied and happy with the work and with the service that me, my technicians and the office are providing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Contractor license, years of experience in this type of profession.
