We had a wonderful time with Chef Ricardo! He was able to show us how to make a 3 course dinner and we enjoyed hearing about his travels. I would highly recommend him for a birthday present, anniversary or valentines present for your partner! We will definitely have chef Ricardo cook for us again! 👏🏽👏🏽

The arrangement with Chef was a gift for our dear friends. We did not attend as we wanted it to be an exciting personal cooking class experience and an intimate dinner for them. Based on the extraordinary feedback they shared with us the entire program was as wonderful as we had hoped. The Chef was fully prepared, guided them and served them. The meal was, their term, unbelievable and delicious. We know they are totally sincere as they sent us photos and videos. It was an event they will long remember.

Chef Ricardo makes you feel very relaxed in the kitchen. He is very meticulous with the ingredients he cooks with, particularly red/white wine vinegars & cooking wine. He will teach you how to incorporate these ingredients to make tasty sauces and gravies. I am very satisfied and happy that I met Chef Ricardo to teach me how to cook in the convenience in my home.

I hired chef Ricardo to cook an anniversary dinner for my wife and I. He as amazing and went above and beyond to make the experience special for us. He set it up as a cooking class and the food and drinks were delicious. He was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
