- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make initial contact preferably by telephone or email to set up appointment and discuss scope of work. If required (may be necessary) we will visit prior to service date to get a good understanding of the cope of the work to determine manpower and supplies requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years of managing and training staff in Customer Service and Satisfaction in Corporate companies; to include customer retention. This is combined with over 9 years of supervising cleaning and décor activities.
