Introduction: Hi, I am Gabriella and I have been sharing my yoga practice with South Florida yogis since 2014. I have taught at several local studios, taught many private lessons, and group lessons. I prefer teaching individuals and small groups, so that I can focus on the individual needs and give the proper attention to alignment and tailor the yoga practice to each person, as every body is different! This type of one-on-one attention often goes overlooked in studios and therefore can be discouraging to students. I believe yoga is for everyone and it is my goal in life to share this beautiful practice with as many people as possible. I guarantee a beautiful lesson filled with peace, compassion, and love.
