Have not had her clean as of yet. She will be starting at a later at a later date. Paula was very professional, and punctual. I was helping my sister in law hire a cleaner as she is almost deaf. Paula was very patient with her and wanted to make sure she understood just what she would be hiring her to do. Time will tell but overall very please with what I experienced in meeting her.
