- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Event differs from size, type, location etc, so it is best to ask for a Quotation. We also prefer to hear from you to give us a better idea of what expectations you have for your Event, so we can give a more detailed quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by opening a line of communication with our customers, to try to get a perception and understanding of what their Inspiration, plans, needs, wants etc are, so we may be able to put together a package for them that best suits them. Once we establish communication between us and our new customer, we first start the Planning Process, by giving ideas, setting up or providing other vendors if necessary and seeing the process through till the Project is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lesa has worked in the Event Planning field for over 15 years and has a broad range of knowledge in many types of Events. She is a current member of the Association of Bridal Consultants with full privileges and responsibilities as cited by the Association who serves Wedding Professionals Worldwide.
