- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for standard services. There are on occasion inspections that are out of the ordinary and require special pricing but is always fair pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After gathering all information about the property and parties involved, agents and owners are contacted to confirm a schedule time and that all utilities are on. Buyers are encouraged but not required to attend the inspection as it offer many a good educational experience about how some of the systems of the home function.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Florida licensed Residential contractor, Home inspector and Mold inspector, I am required to have extensive education and training prior to licensing as well as continuing education for license renewal. As a member of InterNachi, I am always taking ongoing training and education in different areas of my field.
