Introduction: What makes me stand out is how promptly I return my clients calls, I listen to my clients I take time to educate my clients about different things they can benefit from depending on their line of work and how to better prepare for for the tax. I remember last year for example a new client came to me and she started telling me about how the previous Preparer did her tax etc.. I listened to her and then I started telling her based on her line of work certain things she can benefit from and some she should never allow anybody to put in her tax because they don't apply to her. She was shocked at the same time she was so happy that at last she was learning some things that former Tax Preparers never took time to explain. I don't just take the papers from you and input numbers and send you out- I take time to deliver a professional and educated service to all my clients and develop a long term relationship with them.
