- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bone Dry does not take money up front, but only at the completion of the job. We also offer financing options for all jobs over $1000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to our customer and set up a time that works well with them. We will meet at the house for a thorough inspection and then put a proposal together with the customer's best interest in mind.
