- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each hour of math tutoring is $40-60/hour depending on distance traveled and subject matter difficulty. I can tutor in the evenings and on the weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet the customer at a Starbucks or at their home. The student takes an assessment so we can get a diagnostic of the skills that need improvement and then we begin the learning process. I provide worksheets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Texas certified educator specialized in math and bilingual certified. I specialize in educating adults who did not finish their studies in middle school or high school. I also help individuals who graduated high school but struggle with their math skills to get them in career training and/or college math and (K-12) school-aged students.
