- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$120 is typical service call fee per hour. I usually charge $120 per camera run plus the cost of equipment. This covers all labor, parts and programming. Tv installations vary with the cost of the mount, placing electrical, running low voltage wires behind the wall, and the placement. Speaker installations vary, as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a walk through and find a budget. Then estimate the project. Fine tune the estimate. Get estimate accepted. Install all job requirements. Program all components. Then teach the client everything they will need to know.

Many training classes over the different types of equipment and brands we use.
