FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the National Major Appliance Pricing Guide as the basis of our pricing. We discount the price in the guide most of the time for our customers to add value to our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When our customers contact us we answer any questions they may have and usually schedule a time, convenient to our customer, to come out and do a diagnostic inspection of the appliance and give a quote on the spot to repair. At that point our customer may decide if they want to proceed with the repair or not. We are happy to advise but there is never a high pressure sales pitch. If the decision is to not repair then the $85 service call is all that is charged to our customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory trained in all appliance repair as well as having an applied science degree in refrigeration and air conditioning technology. Hence the emphasis on refrigerator and ice maker repair.
