- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies with every job, that being said with Surveillance we typically start off with a 10 or 20 hour retainer at $55.00 an hour. If you are looking for just information on a person, we offer a Comprehensive Report for $65.00. We also offer a 10% Military Discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When we have a client that is in need of assistance, we like to start off with a phone call or to meet in person. This is your time to explain the situation that you are going though, what information you are needing and to ask us questions. If you decide that you would like to use our services we will then send over our Contract for you to read over and sign as well as Payment Information. Once both of those have been taken care of, we start working on the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?At JRJ Investigations we have former Military Personnel, Law Enforcement Personnel as well as Civilian Trained Personnel; all drawing on one anothers experiences.
