They revived the $350k, 3 story townhome. The tenants had treated the home like a frat house. Trusted Loyal Restoration & Cleaning saved the carpets. (They look like new.) They were able to rid the home of the heavy smoker smell that permeated the home. This was a cost saver. And they cleaned top to bottom. Once complete, the home looked new again! I highly recommend this company. The husband and wife team performed a deep cleaning, duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and literally RESTORED THE HOME. We hire these guys to remove our first floor flooring and install laminate. Jon and Eril are doing a great job, working very clean and trying to keep our life in order as much as possible during the remodeling phase. I can't wait to see the end results. After a hurricane a 9 story resort building was damaged. I took out the the damaged items, dryied the building and then put the new building materials back in. From start to finish was 5 weeks.
