Elyse's cooking was absolutely delicious. Her passion for food came through in her creative menu pairings and flavorful dishes. Her ability to wisk together everyday things in my cupboard into a culinary masterpiece was truly inspiring. I contracted Elyse a few months back to cater a staff brunch for about 20 people. She was great, period. She was at the venue well ahead of time to prep and adjust to the location. She honored our odd request to have breakfast pizzas, and they were delicious. Eggs, bacon, avocado, you name it, she took care of it, and it was all great. The presentation was beautiful too, and it was all done with a smile. She even improvised some other healthy offerings to accommodate some dietary restrictions that we did not foresee. Furthermore, she's great at interacting with kids too, and let them safely watch the pizza making process. Also, she made these Nutella raspberry cupcakes that were amazing, ask her about them. It was such a great event, we had her do another event a few weeks later.Oct 5, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For in-home weekly service, there is a base day fee starting at $175. This does not include grocery costs, which generally start at $100. For day-of service, fees vary depending on the number of meals and portions. Dinner parties will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to explore any current health goals and dietary restrictions to start. From there, I work to develop a menu that suits the nutritional needs and tastes of the client. Any and all feedback is taken into account to ensure that the food is enjoyed to the fullest!
