First and for most we would like to introduce ourselves. We are LoanAPro and for over 7 years we have professionally worked as a Network/IT administrators, providing support to industries such as; Fitness, Banking, Legal, Restaurant, Automotive among others. We had a pleasure of working with professionals from different carrier levels, starting with mail room clerks to top level executive team members. From the time the company helped their first client till now, we strived to always stay calm and understand the frustration a non-tech savy person could encounter. We always stay calm in emergency situations and that allows us to find a fast resolution to what seems to be a world ending problem in the eyes of the user. Our experience includes working with windows servers, Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, virtual servers/workstations, exchange servers, active directory, BES, SQL, VPN and much more. We designed and setup midsize networks, opened new business locations, coordinated vendors, purchased and tracked inventory, setup user guides and trained users on varies software. We worked with ticketing systems, WIKI knowledge base and Varies phone systems. We provided tech support for workstations, printers, point of sale systems, wireless devices and smart phones. We like to learn new systems and are quick at figuring out new technology. We take great pride in what we do and we like being the helpful hand at the time of need.
