FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is bid individually, based on the scope of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a quick phone conversation. Then, I have to come see the job and discuss what the client is looking to do. In less than two days, I email a firm bid. If the client likes what they see, then we schedule the work as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an apprentice to my father and grandfather, who were both carpenters and cabinet builders. After moving to Tennessee in the mid 80's, my wife and I have engaged in "buy-fix-sell" investing that required every possible change to a house you can imagine. That was my "training," otherwise known as "learning the hard way."
