- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, I charge $50 an hour. I do however offer several packages, some of which are offered at a discounted price. Also, I will occasionally run promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process of discussing a project with a client is simple. It involves gathering information on what project a client would like done. Additionally, we will discuss viewing the area to be organized to get a better idea of the amount of time that would be best for each client. Once a date and time has been determined, we will meet to complete the project! We will briefly sign a client contract and review of the areas discussed. Then we will jump right in to the hands on part. A client may choose to be minimally or wholly involved. It is important for some involvement as I will need certain decisions to be made about items belonging to clients. However, I am very willing to work solely and only bother you to ask simple questions like whether you want to keep something!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 'training' simply comes from my nature as a person. I am simply the kind of person who is excellent at organizing areas that seem difficult or impossible to change. People are amazed by what I can complete. To put it simply I have highly detail oriented, organized and sometimes obsessive over organizing!
