Red Door Unlimited did a fabulous job on power washing the house, deck and outer porch areas. We added in window washing and deck sealing as well. All the jobs were done professionally and I would recommend them to anybody for all these jobs. We had some weather work-arounds during this time because you can't schedule mother nature or a hurricane's effects. Red Door was communicative and responsive with me through the whole process. Thanks for a great job! Our house was not an easy house to clean (not a bit of level ground, it had a lot of green mold/mildew buildup on all the siding & our water pressure is non-existent). They brought their own water tank which eliminated the water pressure problem, figured out how to work on the slopes & cleaned the siding back to its original color. What more can I say? Thank you. :)

When I first asked for estimates from Thumbtack for power washing my house and deck, I didn't know what to expect. I received several replies very quickly, and Red Door was one of the first. All respondents wisely said they needed to get a look at the house to give a true estimate, but Red Door's replies really stood out. They were extremely professional with extensive descriptions of how their cleaning process works and what to expect from them. Based on the quality of the communication I thought that surely they would come in as the most expensive, but I was so blown away just by the initial communication that I wanted to at least hear what they had to say. . Jonathan from Red Door was also the first to come by the house to give an estimate. He was well-organized, informative and professional. He walked around the house with me showing me exactly what needed to be done and how they would do it. He also recommended I have the roof cleaned. Then he put together and estimate for all of it and the price was so reasonable I was able to get the roof cleaned as well. Even though I had two other estimates scheduled that day, I decided to go with Red Door even before I heard back from them because I was so impressed. Then, Jonathan went above and beyond to schedule the cleaning quickly and at a time that was convenient for me, which really helped me out. When the crew showed up to do the cleaning, they did an excellent job. They were meticulous and careful with the landscaping, and I think their standards were actually higher than mine! The house and roof look brand new and even my old deck looks great. Jonathan stopped by during the cleaning to make sure all was going well, and followed up with me that evening to make sure I was happy. All in all it was an amazing experience simply because EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY. This is a stellar business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. PS - the two other estimates I received later were actually HIGHER than Red Door's. Plus, I was doing this to get my house ready to go up for sale. I had a solid offer on it the day after it was listed and a contract 3 days later. I'm sure some of the credit for that goes to Red Door.
