FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid jobs based on size and labor and always work the cost of materials into the bid to make things easy. That said, sometimes additional material costs come into play if the scope of the job changes. Nevertheless, I always try to give a bid that comes as close as possible with materials included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At point of contact we assess whether or not we can take on the work. If the job sounds like something we are able to help with, we either book a time with the client to complete the job or we arrange for an onsite assessment and estimate. Estimates are always free of charge and we can often complete the work the same day if everyone's timing aligns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of drywall repair and home improvement.
